Wole leads every client engagement from the strategy side. Before the work starts, he is the one asking the hard questions about market position, audience, and what actually makes the business different. He has built and advised companies across tech, services, and regulated industries, and brings that operational depth to every brief. If a brand decision does not hold up commercially, Wole catches it. Clients work directly with Wole on positioning and strategic direction. He does not hand off.

Co-Founder and COO, Brand Identity and Creative Direction
Taiye is the reason USL's work looks the way it does. He leads brand identity and creative direction across every engagement, from the first strategic decision about visual tone to the final detail of a deliverable. His instinct is for identity systems that feel inevitable: clear, confident, and impossible to confuse with anyone else. He has shaped brands across fintech, professional services, and technology, always with the same discipline: find what is true about the business, then make it impossible to ignore. Taiye personally leads all brand identity work. Every visual decision passes through him.
